Identification of tomato, pepper and eggplant affecting the pathogens in Lahj Governorate

Abstract
The fungal pathogens found on tomato plants in Fayush and Pepper plants were identified in Al-Manasra area and Eggplant plants in Al-Lahat area in Lahj Governorate, during the period October 2016 to January 2017. Fusariumoxysporum, which is responsible for vesicular wilt disease, was isolated. Two strains were identified: one affects the tomatodeseaseF.oxysporumf.sp. Lycopersiciandthe other strain affects the fusariumFusariumoxysporumf.sp. Vasinfectum,in addition to the isolation of fungusLeveillulataurica causing the disease of white flour on Eggplant.
